Gojo Showcases Digital Financial Inclusion through the Success of the Pasio Project at WISE 12 Summit in Doha

Gojo is proud to announce the successful participation of its Managing Partner, Mr. Arnaud Ventura, at the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE 12) in Doha, Qatar.
Mr. Ventura joined a high-level panel discussion titled "Future Ready: AI, Education, and Green Entrepreneurship for Youth," where he highlighted Gojo's commitment to leveraging technology to empower young entrepreneurs in underserved communities.
The discussion focused on how digital financial services such as the Pasio project are successfully dismantling traditional barriers to skills, finance, and markets for youth in rural areas. He also underscored the transformative impact of our current Pasio Project, the company's pioneering digital financial education and empowerment project, launched in partnership with Education Above All (EAA).
Highlighting Impact and Innovation
During the session, Mr. Ventura presented tangible evidence of Pasio’s impact by sharing powerful testimonies and beneficiary videos from the field. These firsthand accounts showcased how micro-learning modules on financial literacy, savings, and digital marketing enabled young entrepreneurs, especially women in countries like India, Sri Lanka, and Cambodia, to successfully launch and expand their enterprises, from growing coffee to manufacturing handicrafts.

The panel also explored the vital role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in future-proofing youth enterprises. Mr. Ventura also detailed how AI is being integrated into Pasio’s models for real-time data analysis, enabling Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) to provide data-driven business insights and accelerate access to capital through AI-powered credit scoring, which is crucial for small entrepreneurs needing working capital immediately.
“Through projects like Pasio, we are witnessing digitization demolish barriers, making distance, social class, and gender irrelevant to the pursuit of opportunity,” as he stated. “When a young entrepreneur uses her phone for payments, she is not just completing a transaction; she is building a data history that enables alternative credit scoring, bypassing the need for traditional collateral to access the capital she needs to grow.”
Pasio’s extended presence at the WISE 12 Summit was through featuring beneficiary products at the official WISE Shop on site. This allowed participants to see and purchase unique goods ranging from handmade crafts to artisan products produced by the very entrepreneurs supported through the Pasio project, and providing a direct link between digital inclusion initiatives and market access.

Gojo and EAA are dedicated to scaling their digital financial solutions to foster a more sustainable and inclusive economic future for youth globally.
